This project consists of two standalone houses, architecturally designed with a well-thought-out layout, providing ample living space in each house.

The construction process of this project faced several challenges. To meet the deadline and accelerate the construction progress, the entire project team had multiple discussions and conducted extensive research prior to the construction phase. They developed an overall strategy that was repeatedly studied and agreed upon by all team members, ensuring unanimous acceptance and resolute execution. The project team had clear division of labor and collaborated closely, overcoming various unfavorable factors such as the diversity of trades, overlapping tasks, and limited site space. As a result, the construction strategy was implemented smoothly, significantly reducing the project’s construction duration.
