This project is located near the rural area of Drury. The preliminary civil work includes various complex tasks, such as upgrading two water mains under different main roads, upgrading the wastewater pump station located about a 5-minute drive from the site, upgrading the public footpath at the site entrance, and upgrading the public AT lighting on Young Crescent, among others.
With a comprehensive update of the civil work, we believe this development project of 19 compact units will ultimately provide a comfortable and peaceful experience for the residents living here.
