18 Pine Street is a high-density residential development in New Lynn. While it’s not a large-scale development, it is a technically challenging construction site, with a deep drop at the rear of the site, so a driven pile with concrete encasing of 15 meters long will be constructed. Another challenge is the public drainage of stormwater needs to be connected to the stream at the site. In general, the main challenge of this project lies in civil engineering. With our experienced engineers and consultants, we are confident the project will be completed on time and on budget.
