Hewlett Oasis is a KiwiBuild project in Massey, comprising 36 units terraced houses and a shared basement car park. These beautifully designed, two- bedroom plus study homes all come with a dedicated carpark. Archiecturally designed and built to the highest standards with a Green Building Council Homestar rating of 6, these homes exceed the standard of the building code and ensure residents’ health and comfort.

Construction: Hewlett Oasis includes a type 4 fire alarm system, exterior structure steel system, flat deck suspended concrete slab, mammoth insulation panel and several purely commercial construction elements. We’re proud that this development has been delivered in just 18 months, from demolition to CCC issue, including two lockdown periods during this time. Our wonderful team delivered a fabulous job!
