With over 5 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) industry, Ken offers a wide range of technical skills and knowledge. He has been qualified under the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), which is globally recognised.

Ken had worked as a consultant QS for 4 years in Hong Kong previously, being responsible for new buildings for schools and fitting out works for banks. He is competent in a variety of QS duties, including but not limited to, measurement, cost estimation, tendering and procurement, payment valuation, financial reporting, assessment of EOT and L&E claims, final account settlement.

Currently, he is working in “RECO Construction Ltd” a main contractor company, in charge of several residential projects in New Zealand. He is mainly responsible for the contract administration and procurement of sub-contracts/suppliers. With his professional skills and care, projects are under control, which are within budgets and completed on time.
